Lexie Refosco, Project Manager

Lexie is a Project Manager who adapted quickly to Clark | Azar's project standards and requirements. She is an Environmental Systems Engineering graduate of Penn State and is registered as a Professional Engineer in MD and PA. She has worked in land development consulting for more than five years, completing civil site design for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Lexie excels at designing and modeling stormwater management systems, as well as erosion and sedimentation BMPs. She is experienced with AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting design and construction drawings and is knowledgeable about the permitting process for securing local, state, and federal permits.
