Jonathan Mallory, Landscape Designer

Jonathan is a landscape designer and the newest member of the Clark | Azar team. He contributed to an award-winning design for the Environmental Protection Agency’s Campus RainWorks Challenge, a national design competition. He was also rewarded the Landscape Architecture Award of Excellence from the University of Maryland.

Jonathan’s thesis – Healing with Nature – allowed him to study the use of biodiversity to promote health and wellbeing for patients, staff, and visitors of Medstar Montgomery Medical Center. He conducted research using a literature review, site inventory and analysis, an online survey, a focus group, and the Garden Assessment Tool for Evaluators auditing tool.
